(Note 1) Lesvos Autumn '03 - Autumn '04 Update
At 64 pages and colour cover inside and out this updated Update (now produced digitally to enable the incorporation of new and recently received records) covers the bulk of the period between Oct 03 - Oct 04 (with only the months of June and Nov - Dec having no coverage at all). Apart from a full updating of all sites and access details mentioned in my book, it also lists a few new ones and gives a full day-by-day rundown of the spring migration season and weather patterns from early March onwards. 

Any interesting records or large concentrations of birds notified to me are included, along with a number of late autumn 04 reports and some records for the first half of January 05. In addition, the mammal list has been updated and some changes to useful contact details incorporated. Hopefully anyone with a long-standing interest in the island, its habitats and birdlife should find it of interest - particularly those wondering what to expect on a visit outside of the recognised spring migration period.
